Richard Forbrich

Bio

As a member of the St Augustine community, Richard "Coach Rick" Forbrich has had the pleasure of coaching youth football, being VP of the St Aug High School football boosters and President of The St Augustine School of the Arts Band Boosters. Being involved in these organizations helped me to be part of a very tight-knit community that welcomed us with open arms and as an added bonus I was able to stay involved daily with my two kids.

I have been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. I started as an originator and quickly moved to Branch manager. I can still remember my first ever closing, Mr. and Mrs. Ortiz, and how as we carried her in her wheelchair up the stairs into her very first home for the very first time she started crying tears of joy. My wife was with me that day and she had been skeptical if I should be working in this industry with a 2-year-old and an infant to feed, but after Mrs. Ortiz told her the story of how I helped her realize the dream of homeownership, on the ride home my wife was in tears and told me "you are right where you are meant to be" and to never stop helping people.

Currently, I have built "Team Forbrich" a team of some of the best, hardest working in the mortgage industry. I know that without my team I would not be successful and vice versa. My whole team is excited to have made the move to Equity Prime Mortgage LLC. We look forward to helping many more families realize their dreams of the house they wish to call home.
