Part of what made it great was when it ended. I say this because Nathan and team made it possible for us to close early, although we pushed for it and did most of the legwork and fretting over it. I think our situation was challenging for Nathan but in the overall scheme of things, I think Nathan, as well as ourselves, learned a little more about grace.

I was not happy with the level of knowledge and understanding from the front office staff. I felt the professionalism level could be significantly increased. I also did not feel the amount of communication throughout the process was adequate. I never received the HUD statement before I sat down at the closing table.
