Better communication especially as to what happens after slogging through the paper work. Poor choice, in my opinion, as to who owns and/or services the loan. Could be it is just the nature of mortgages in this time in the country, but not a great experience during and especially after the mortgage was through the closing. The service company poorly handled the handover from Equity Prime to the point even had my social security number wrong. Then suddenly receive a notice of a new owner.
