after talking to a couple of banks it seems as if every thing from that point on is done on the computer, where as Frankie went out of his way to make the deal happen. by meeting at Panera to answering phone calls on weekends and in need of a little computer help and chasing papers several visits to the office everyone I met was very helpful and friendly.
