There's alot of things that you hate to do more than once and buying a house dealing with the loan process is alot to take in. We have dealt with financing for quite a few years now and never thought much about it. Somehow William sounds like he wrote the book. He knows everything there is to know about financing. And he informed us of options that we didn't even know exist. It was great being stress free having confidence that William would take care of any problems that would arise.

Nick's biggest strength is how well he proactively communicates. There are always complications when financing anything in the six figures, but he calls, texts, and sends emails to keep the borrower informed. At times I didn't understand why the lender needed some documents, but Nick quickly and effectively explained and kept us on track for a successful close.
