My realtor referred me to Chris, and from the moment he took over (including abandoning the short sale and buying a completely different home) he made it work no matter what. Frank was incredibly helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process. There were a couple of hiccups in the process (not at all having to do with Frank), and he explained them so that I knew what was going on through the whole process. I felt very at ease knowing he was working on my loan. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage.
