When we first started we were kind of lost with what was going on with our loan process. Oneida was our support but it seemed like she had little experience. We felt like we weren’t important. I am not sure what her title is so I could be wrong in this assessment. Our loan took a complete 180 after talking to Jadriana! She was amazing and very helpful. She guided us and made everything simple and smooth. Jadriana is the #1 reason this was an amazing experience along with Edgar as well.
