Lori was very thorough and accessible throughout the whole process. She was down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She made us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Although my interest rate ended up being higher than I expected, William put in a lot of work to make sure I got my loan. He was always available if I needed him and if I had any questions he would make sure to get them answered. Overall I think he did an awesome job and would definitely recommend him to other people!
