Mike is absolutely fantastic, after working with him over the past 4 years on my mortgage and refi. On our original mortgage he walked us along the whole way making sure I under everything that was happening and how it would effect me. After finding our house on super bowl Sunday 4 years ago, he stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours, from kickoff to hall time making sure everything was covered in full. Very responsive, clear advice

When my wife and I started looking for a home in 2017 we had a different morgage company we were going with. When we put in an offer in june 2018, our original morgage company was giving us ridiculous numbers(interest, morgage payment, down payment, ect),but our realtor told us about equity prime. He said they had lots of programs and are always up to date with nee regulations helping first timr home buyers, So we thought we'd give him a call. When we first called stephen he didnt sugar coat anything, didnt give us "false hopes." Stephen was the best with answering questions, concerns we had, kept us up to date, and a few times i had to call him after hours(he wasnt bothered by it) & was even able to close early! We definitely recommend Stephen at equity prime!

She was fabulous. When one bank couldn’t do get my mortgage through for four mounts, Michelle stepped in and got the whole thing taken care of in 2 1/2 weeks. She kept me up to date every day and answered all my questions. I would highly recommended her to anyone in the market for buying a house
