Michelle was always there, from the early morning hours to the late evening hours, even on the weekends, to help me. There was never a time where she was too busy to support me and answer my questions. She took the time to explain every detail to me in a way that someone who doesn't live and breathe the mortgage industry would understand. Furthermore I told her where I needed to be with my monthly mortgage rate and she delivered!! She is a HUGE asset to the Equity Prime Mortgage organization.
