Steve was very thorough in assembling paperwork. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and the daily updates were helpful to see how the loan was progressing. He was able to close a VA loan 3 days early when everyone was telling me to expect at least a 2 week delay.

Steve and his team were patient, professional and very supportive. They were with me every step of the way through out the process of the sale my old home and purchasing my new one. He and his staff we prompt and even work late on many nights with me to complete all the needed paper work. Not once, but twice the purchase of my new home was put in jeopardy. Steve and his team were quick to jump forward and work with me through the problems that arose. I must add these were not quick to solve problems either. Each time it took about a month for the seller of the house I was buying to correct the problems. Steve and his team would make regular contact with me to ensure me that everything was still good on my end and that as soon as they were able to move forward, they would. This team is one of the only ones I have ever known of to do this. I will use them again if the need ever arises.

How do you make home buying less stressful? You work with Equity Prime Mortgage and Ryan Sanford. Was very responsive, always able to answer questions and make sense of things, and most importantly had our back when our realtor tried to pull a fast one. Can't recommend them enough.

Jesse was very helpful with his guidance through the whole process. We knew that our circumstances were complicated.
