While I was declined a mortgage by other banks. John and his team were able to get me approved with a great interest rate and all within a months time. Our experience with Steve Tiscione was amazing! After all we went through with our personal bank, he ended up getting us the house we wanted all along! We were getting the run around from our bank whom with been with for 11+ years they wasted our time, and money for 3 months!! To end up telling us they weren't able to help us with the USDA loan for our home. The house was about to be put back on the market. Then our realtor did not give up on us and forwarded us to Steve Tiscione. We never not once heard Steve say he couldn't help us. He was willing to do whatever he could to get us that house! And he did! We constantly knew of the status of the loan via email. And let me tell you after 3 months of stress with our personal bank this was great for us to be able to see the progress with our closing date getting closer. Steve had everything done over the phone, and got it done in 3-4 weeks!! It was such an amazing feeling to finally hear "Congragulations, you're cleared to close." John is very knowledgeable and experienced mortgage professional. You won't find him taking any shortcuts, that could bite you in the bum if you use him but why would you want shortcuts with the biggest purchase of your life. He understands credit issues and will work with you to get you the best mortgage for you. He has a large team that with him running point will get you closed before you know it.

I purchased my first home last year and Jesse was wonderful!!! Buying my first house I had several obstacles and Jesse helped me every step of the way. I never met him personally, but by the time everything was done I felt like he was a personal friend. A year later and he still checks on me to make sure everything is well. Who does that? There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that he has done. I won't take my business anywhere else when purchasing a home.

Jessie Stanford could not have done anything better he is a very truthful person what he says is what he does.
