My experience with Jim Driscoll and his team was a very pleasant one. The team was always there when I needed them for any question. They never made me feel like any question was to small to ask. This may seem insignificant to most people, but I can't tell you how important this is to people who work my shift. But what made me choose him over the many replies I got back from my internet search was his demeanor. He was not pushy like most of the loan officers. He contacted me once by phone and sent an occasional email thereafter and thereby allowing me to contact him when I was ready. I am a single mum and a first time homeowner I was extremely nervous to be doing this by myself so naturally I had a ton of questions. Curtis was absolutely AMAZING!!
