I had been wanting to refinance my condo for several years because when I bought it, I didn't have a real estate agent and, being extremely naïve about buying my first place, I believed everything I was told and ended up with a huge interest rate! I tried for several years to refinance, but it seems as though no one knew how to work with the type of loan I had. Then I got a postcard from Equity Prime Mortgage stating that they could REALLY help me. I was skeptical, but decided to give them a try. Steve Tiscione contacted me immediately. He was very knowledgeable about my type of loan and worked diligently with me to get my interest rate down by at least 3 points. That made my note go down about $350 a month!! I had just retired, so any amount of money I could save on mortgage was appreciated. Steve worked hard helping me through this process. And it really was not bad at all (for me). He did so much work and work send me the paperwork via email. I would print it out, sign it, and send it back to him. It was really a very simple process. He arranged the closing date and immediately after, my original mortgage was paid off. He helped me so much where other big name lending institutions wouldn't even touch my loan without me putting up a huge amount of money. As a first-time home buyer, I was extremely overwhelmed when looking into how to buy a house and getting approved for a mortgage. I was referred to Jesse by a friend and so incredibly thankful I was. He explained everything to me, answered all questions I had, and was available for me whenever I needed him.
